Viatech is fulfilling General Services Administration's (GSA) requirement for the provision of worldwide IT solutions to client agencies
under their Alliant SB contract award.

Alliant provides a great amount of flexibility possible to efficiently and effectively support the federal government's needs in its
daily operations, its protection of infrastructure, the fight against terrorism and the development and marketing of emerging technologies.
This effort will be a combination of Millennia and ANSWER.

The GSA ALLIANT GWAC is a 10-year (five year base, one five year option) Multiple Award/Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity
(MA/IDIQ) contract that provides IT Solutions through performance of a broad range of services to include the integration of various
technologies critical to the services being acquired. The contract has a $15B ceiling. Services may be acquired worldwide and cover
functional areas such as systems integration,software development, and communication infrastructures. Because it is a multiple-award
contract, vendors have already been selected, ensuring the necessary experience and credentials to manage large task orders.

Viatech, Inc. is a full-spectrum service organization providing software applications, system engineering, information technology,
business operations, and logistics support on a continuing basis to both government and private industry. Viatech is a
Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider (MCSP) and has been externally assessed at CMMI Level 2 SCAMPI class C for application
development and maintenance support of the U.S. Army Software Engineering Center, Application Services Division (ASD).
Viatech utilizes ISO and PMI processes while implementing continual process improvement. Viatech, Inc. currently has 4 certified
Project Management Professionals (PMPs). Viatech Inc. clients include: C-E LCMC and Ft. Monmouth
(Logistics and Readiness Center, Security Assistance Management Directorate,PEO IEW&S, PM Radars, PM DCASS, the Software
Engineering Center, and the Acquisition Center);National Capitol Region (Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Department
of State, and the Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency and Foreign Agricultural Services); and Northeast Region (FAA).
ManTech is a subcontractor to Viatech on the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC)
Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) Contract. ViaTech Inc. has a 140 person workforce;80% of the workforce holds a security clearance,
including 25% at the Top Secret level; and a Top Secret Facility Clearance.

The Viatech ALLIANT SMALL BUSINESS contract vehicle has a $15 billion ceiling to support task orders ranging from
five to ten years.
